r779 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible for withdrawal from r779, you must: (a) have a verified r779 account with all required KYC documentation on file; (b) have sufficient Real Money Funds in your r779 wallet; (c) have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements associated with any active bonus; and (d) not be subject to any withdrawal restriction imposed by r779 pursuant to these Terms.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and promotional credits offered by r779 are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of conflict between the General Bonus Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

r779's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of ten (10) times the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The welcome bonus is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of activation. r779 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: technical errors in odds or game configuration; suspicion of fraudulent activity; market integrity concerns; and regulatory obligations. In the event of any technical error, software malfunction, or communication failure that results in an incorrect price, payout, or game result being displayed or credited on r779, r779 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and restore the player's account to its pre-error status. r779 is not liable for any losses arising from system errors and shall not be required to honour bets placed or wins credited as a result of such errors.

r779 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss, even where r779 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

r779 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the r779 platform. Planned maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events beyond r779's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. r779 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during such periods of unavailability.

Gambling involves risk. Losses are an inherent part of all betting and gaming activity. r779 shall not be liable for any gambling losses incurred by any player in the course of lawful gaming activity on the r779 platform. Players accept all risk associated with their gaming decisions when they register an r779 account.

You may close your r779 account at any time by contacting our live chat support team and requesting account closure. Upon verified closure, any remaining Real Money Fund balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account. Where amendments are material, r779 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players — including by posting a prominent notice on the r779 platform and updating the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the r779 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety.
